Marketing Coordinator

The Encompass Group is partnering with a well-established general contracting firm in Haltom City, TX, seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join their growing team. This family-owned company has been in business since 1992, specializing in municipal construction and working on a variety of commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proposal writing (RFP, RFI, Contracts, etc.)
• Creation of marketing materials to support various projects
• Social media management and content creation
• Event planning and coordination for company events and meetings
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure marketing materials align with business goals

Qualifications:

• Approximately 3 years of experience in marketing, ideally in the construction or AEC industry, with a focus on municipal projects
• Strong writing skills, particularly in proposal development and document creation
• Experience with social media platforms and content creation
• Organizational and event planning skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to communicate effectively across teams
