Responsibilities :
- Analyze and review project plans, specifications, and related documents.
- Perform detailed takeoffs of plumbing systems, including piping, fixtures, and equipment.
- Calculate material, labor, and equipment costs using estimating software, industry standards, and historical data.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other estimators to ensure the accuracy of estimates.
- Attend pre-bid meetings, job site walkthroughs, and client meetings as required.
- Update and manage estimating databases and software.
