Job Summary
As a Call Center Representative/Customer Service at our church, you will serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking information, support, or assistance. You will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries, and addressing concerns in a compassionate and professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and friendly manner.
- Provide information about church services, programs, events, and activities to callers.
- Offer support and guidance to individuals seeking spiritual counseling or guidance.
- Receive and respond to voicemail and email inquiries, ensuring prompt and courteous follow-up.
- Assist with general clerical and administrative tasks as required, such as filing, data entry, and preparing correspondence.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or the equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and empathetic demeanor.
- Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.84 - $26.12 per hour
