The Enhancement Center, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to serve as our Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program Director. Reporting to the Administrative Officer, the Program Director will be responsible for the overall planning, implementation, and evaluation of our comprehensive mental health program, ensuring high-quality, client-centered care. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong clinical skills, managerial expertise, and a commitment to excellence in mental health services.
Responsibilities:
Program Management & Development: Work alongside the Administrative Officer to oversee all aspects of the mental health program, including program development, implementation, and ongoing evaluation. This includes budget management, staff supervision, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and accreditation standards.
Clinical Oversight: Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to a team of clinicians, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based mental health services. This may include direct client interaction in a supervisory capacity.
Staff Management: Work with Senior Management and Human Resources to recruit, hire, train, supervise, and mentor a team of mental health professionals. Foster a positive and supportive work environment which encourages professional development and collaboration.
Community Engagement: Work with Administrative Officer to develop and maintain relationships with community partners, referral sources, and stakeholders to expand program reach and impact. Participate in community events and initiatives to raise awareness of mental health issues.
Quality Improvement: Continuously monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and implement evidence-based strategies to enhance service quality and client outcomes.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report on program data to monitor program performance, track key metrics, and demonstrate program impact to funders and stakeholders.
Policy & Compliance: Stay abreast of changes in mental health policy, regulations, and best practices. Ensure that the program remains compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
Grant Writing & Funding: Develop and submit grant proposals to secure funding for program expansion and sustainability.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Counseling, Psychology, or a related Human
Services related field.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or other
relevant clinical license. Preferred but NOT required.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in mental health services, including supervisory
experience.
Strong understanding of evidence-based mental health practices and treatment modalities.
Proven ability to manage budgets, personnel, and resources effectively. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
