Do you enjoy supporting the children's learning through play? The Enola Group Community Engagement Department is seeking an energetic Early Childhood Educator in Burke County at the historic Burleson House. Join us as we offer a quality learning environment for children in an unlicensed drop-in child care setting. Families are offered care for up to 2 1/2 hours to run errands, go to appointments, or take a break. We seek a teacher who will engage with children between the ages of 6 months and 5 years through art activities, dramatic play, literacy, and other learning activities. A current qualification letter from DCDEE and previous experience in an early childhood setting is required. An associate degree in Early Childhood Education is highly preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 – 8 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- No weekends
