This is a twelve month, benefits-eligible position that reports to the Director of Enrollment Management.

What You Will Do:

  • Establish and maintain deadlines for submission of financial aid applications, taxes, and other supporting materials.
  • Using Clarity, Microsoft Excel, and Veracross, track the distribution of financial aid and provide accurate reports.
  • Establish and maintain a creative and strategic vision for allocating financial aid dollars effectively and presenting data in innovative and useful formats.
  • Brainstorm cooperatively and creatively in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Assist in planning and executing various marketing, sponsorship, and student recruitment initiatives
  • Read and evaluate candidate files.
  • Serve on the Upper School Admission Committee and Financial Aid Committee.
  • Represent EA at school fairs, conferences, school visits, and other events, especially those closely associated with financial aid.
  • Help organize, set up, and staff most admission events inside and outside normal working hours.
  • Track stages of admissions folder completion, including written correspondence to families and oversight of admissions decision letters and telephone calls.
