Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and possess a passion for creating exceptional experiences for our guests. Key responsibilities include:
• Providing exceptional service to guests during banquets and events.
• Setting up banquet rooms by draping tables, setting silverware, folding napkins, and preparing drinks.
• Serving food and beverages to guests, including picking up food from the back hall and carrying trays to function locations.
• Clearing tables, putting away dirty linen and centerpieces, and vacuuming.
• Cleaning the back hall and organizing storerooms.
• Assisting with event room setup according to meal period and table needs.
• Performing food & beverage preparation duties such as preparing condiments, brewing coffee, and ensuring workstations are stocked.
Requirements
• 2-4 years of food service experience, preferably in banquet service.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in a 4-star, 5-star venue with synchronized service.
