Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.

- Manage office supplies, coordinate orders, and maintain an organized workspace.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing conference rooms, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless office operations.

Qualifications:
