Learning & Development Manager
Our client, a top-tier financial services firm, is seeking a dynamic Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to lead and execute the firm’s training initiatives. This role requires a hands-on professional who can seamlessly design, develop, and deliver engaging learning programs tailored to the fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be equally skilled in program strategy, content creation, and live facilitation—able to own the full learning cycle from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Program Design & Management : Develop and oversee learning initiatives that enhance technical skills, professional development, and leadership growth within the firm.
- Content Development : Create high-quality, engaging learning materials, including instructor-led training, e-learning modules, and job aids.
- Training & Facilitation : Lead in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring material is delivered effectively and resonates with a diverse audience.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with key business leaders, subject matter experts, and HR to align training programs with organizational needs.
- Assessment & Improvement : Measure training effectiveness through feedback, data analysis, and continuous iteration to drive impact.
