EH&S Data Analyst Project Manager (Field Based)

ERM is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented EH&S Data Analyst Project Manager to provide high-quality project support. We are seeking a highly-organized professional who is able to analyze safety metrics for ERM's clients. In this role, the Data Analyst will support our clients in reviewing reports and assigning tasks to individuals on the teams, reviewing progress and safety data, and updating the results in a dashboard for stakeholder review. RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Analyze Safety Data to determine if KPIs are being met and identify opportunities for improvement. Communicate clear and accurate results on a timely basis to the client.
• Track action items from project cadence calls, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure timely closure.
• As part of the project delivery team, participate in project cadence calls and develop and track progress on action items lists.
• Support project delivery by managing schedules, updating dashboards, and providing clear status updates to stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS :

For the EH&S Data Analyst Project Manager position, we anticipate the annual base pay of $73,000 - $94,212 , $35.09 / hr - $45.29 / hr, limited-term, non-exempt. An employee's pay position within this range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. We also may have instances where employee's fall outside of the range based on the factors noted above. This job may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term / Flexforce employees are NOT bonus eligible).
