Responsibilities
- Management of department/housekeepers
- Responsible for covering shifts.
- Create daily room assignment and tasks for housekeeping.
- Creating weekly schedule.
- Inventory and ordering supplies.
- Clean hotel rooms to set company standard if needed.
- Assist in daily cleaning of public areas in hotel if needed.
- Maintain health and sanitary requirements.
- Responsible for room and public space inspections.
Qualifications
- Ability to manage time effectively to ensure completion of tasks
- Knowledge of cleaning practices and procedure
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen effectively
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under little supervision
- Management experience.
