Overall Responsibilities
- Manage and execute site optimization deliverables. Ensure the site is error-free, key events launch on time, and execution aligns with brand expectations.
- Own site analytics and communicate results with team & senior management. Advise on strategy go-forward to ensure optimal customer experience and achieve business goals.
- End to end inventory management and analysis.
Site Maintenance & Development
- Collaborate with global ecommerce team, production, engineers and peers on development of new site features and enhancements to suit business needs. Troubleshoot obstacles/site issues ensuring all new releases are error-free and launched on time.
- Manage site projects and creative deliverables to ensure execution matches brand vision and expectations. Oversee timely delivery of creative assets.
- Manage site maintenance in collaboration with global ecommerce, production, engineers, and UX teams, providing extensive QA to ensure flawless execution.
- Liaise with global ecommerce team on new site features and enhancements roadmap to ensure timing aligns to NA business needs
- Lead site enhancements specific to NA region and business goals; help provide business requirements; lead implementation; identify and resolve ongoing bugs.
- Partner with Customer Service to ensure ongoing communication of site elements, functionality, and content. Address issues as they arise.
- Responsible for closely monitoring site performance daily – ie site speed, bugs, content releases, consumer feedback.
- Lead all troubleshooting of site updates & unique promotions.
- Analyze behavior and performance of site features and incorporate findings into optimizations.
- Monitor product merchandising and on-site search to optimize consumer trend and experience.
- Deliver weekly and monthly KPI and state of the business report.
- Offer and act on proactive, data-based observations about customer engagement: What is our customer responding well to; how could/should we pivot?
- Provide thoughtful site analysis through post mortems of campaign and site development initiatives, as well as key promo events. Communicate to stakeholders and advise on go-forward strategy.
- Ensure that all site development and marketing projects are in line with business goals and KPIs. Provide business case for new initiatives where required.
- Own promotional offer strategy driven by data-backed findings.
- End to end promotional inventory management including strategy, forecasting, execution and performance analysis.
- Manage cross functional partnerships to ensure maintenance of incoming and existing saleable inventory to support branded merchandising strategy.
- 4 years in ecommerce/digital preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Understanding ecommerce principals & platforms preferred (development skills not required).
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem solving, ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across teams.
- Strong organizational & multi-tasking skills. Exceptional attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics or other site analytics tools a plus.
- BA/BS in marketing, computer science or a related discipline preferred.
