MARKETING CALENDAR
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $64,350.00 to $93,250.00. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.

MARKETING CALENDAR
- Lead the maintenance of the Marketing Calendar, ensuring that on counter dates, promotion plans, and results are accurate and up to date
- Cascade weekly email updates to ensure all channels are aligned to on counter date changes
- Pull and analyse new launch sell through data and collect Artists' qualitative feedback about new launches and promotional initiatives to determine needs for reactive launch support
- Support with insight generation to guide strategic planning around innovation for promotions and sampling
- Build toolkits for collections, collaborations, the Holiday program, and promotions, presenting the vision to the brand and ensuring that the 360⁃launch support plan supports the forecast ambition. Post launch, lead the post campaign analysis to track and analyse success of each support lever to optimise future planning
- Manage excess stock levels to drive budget efficiency
- Build pricing proposals for collections, collaborations, and the Holiday programme, ensuring that pricing is loaded into SAP 3⁃6 months ahead of on counter dates and align stakeholders
- Support the Marketing Manager build the sampling strategy during budget season, analysing key results, insights, and feed back to forecast samples and build the cross⁃channel plan
- Lead the roll out of the sampling strategy, leading the monthly samples alignment call to ensure all teams are aligned and on track with usage plans, within budget and avoiding the build⁃up of excess stock. Also work with third party suppliers for any mass digital sampling campaigns, aligning on budget, KPIs, mechanic, assets, roll out and reporting
- Support the Marketing Assistant raise monthly events to ensure samples are distributed and delivered on time
- Produce gifting collateral to support key moments in the year and manage stock levels for evergreen collateral
- Support the Marketing Manager build the promotional strategy during budget season, analysing key results, insights, and feed back to build product, packaging, and P&L proposals to target customers during high traffic moments to drive consideration and incremental sales
- Support the Marketing Assistant project manage promotions and locally created kits, managing relationships with suppliers and working on packaging from concept through to production and redress
- Lead the roll out of the promotional strategy, sharing weekly updates with the brand and leading the weekly redress call to ensure that packing and incoming stock is on track
- Support the Marketing Assistant track and analyse the success of each promotion and build performance re⁃caps to showcase the results
- Collateral, COGs and Sampling budget maintenance: all POs to be raised before activity commences & all spend to be aligned with budget/over and underspends agreed with the Marketing Manager
- Developing packaging for exclusive retailer sets created locally
- Leading the Holiday program
- Working across functions to build channel plans for our collections and collaborations
- Leading first⁃to⁃market digital mass sampling campaigns across some of our biggest launches of the year
- Work in collaboration across teams to deliver a cohesive and effective go to market strategy and execution
- Ensures the brand delivers the very best experience for customers
- Educate the team on the brand and competitor insights
