Description
Strategy and Campaign Management
Develop and execute a best-in-class consumer engagement strategy, along with Director Integrated media, managing all aspects of paid media from conception, through to execution and measurement
Align with Media Director on paid media advertising split recommendation and ensure alignment from VP and Category Marketing teams during annual, seasonal and monthly budget planning
Project manage retailer campaigns and work alongside internal and external partners to ensure campaigns launch as scheduled and within budget
Communicate strategic digital direction to retail partners and provide guidance on digital best practices adhering to EL standards
Prepare presentations for the various internal & retailer meetings
Manage media flowcharts and track deliverables seasonally for each campaign
Work with media partners (e.g. Facebook, Google) and vendors on plans and be current on products and opportunities
Integrated Media & Marketing
Help lead development of innovative full funnel campaign strategies, working closely with Media team, PR & Influencer Team, Category Marketing, Retailers and Agency
Manage paid media calendar for key campaigns and always-on programs aligned to the Marketing Calendar and high-traffic moments
With Director of Media, advise Category Marketing and Account Teams on media best practices and recommend strategies to fuel seasonal campaigns, asset development, platform priorities and investment allocations
Work closely with PR & influencer team on paid media amplification plans; finding synergies between paid and earned plans; and identifying needs/gaps in the asset mix to optimize traffic, performance and retail sales
Work closely with Online teams to ensure connected plans across the funnel for brand.com and retailer campaigns, and lead monthly calendar planning and performance optimization sessions
Be a paid media expert to the Category Marketing teams on Big Bet campaigns for the region, and when executing conceptual marketing campaigns across paid, earned and channel/stores
Creative Development & Campaign Execution: Retailer & Amazon Demand Generation Media
Guide planning and development of launch assets/content across all forms of media for retailer and Amazon campaigns
Oversee timelines and collaborate with the creative team and external agencies/partners to ensure assets are approved and delivered on time
Collaborate with Online team to consolidate creative asset requests for retailer campaigns
Manage the creative development of retailer specific digital assets, including social, mobile, display/programmatic, and video; also support retailer assets across the full funnel
Leverage best practices to ensure creative is developed that meets the needs of the North America market, retailers and Amazon demand generation media
Review Consumer Engagement creative/content and route to key stakeholders for approval
Measurement & Effectiveness
Leverage data & analytics to improve performance and effectiveness of national retailer campaigns
Compile campaign performance results and analysis for retailer campaigns
Identify key drivers across all tactics to optimize future content and programs
Thorough understanding of ever-evolving online metrics; liaise with COE, agencies and retailer account teams to understand best practices and benchmarks
Financial Management
Manage AdPro projections and actualization entries for paid media
Ensure agency media and internal finance trackers are up to date
Monitor and track budget allocations for retailer and Amazon Demand Gen media, working closely with Account Teams on reconciliation
Qualifications
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000.00 to $139,600.00. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.

Qualifications
- Candidate should have 5 years of experience--Media Agency, Retailer Media Network, Amazon or Brand Marketing Experience preferred with expertise in all forms of social and digital marketing
- Deep understanding of industry trends, media channels and best practices
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate effectiveness of programs
- Excellent attention to detail and project management skills, including ability to align internal and external partners
- Strong creative judgment for the brand and the ability to recognize engaging, on-brand content including visuals & copy
- Strong oral and written communication & presentation skills (including in distilling media strategies for non-expert audiences) as well as interpersonal and team building capabilities with internal functional groups as well as with external partners
