The Responsible Sourcing Director will lead the implementation of the responsible sourcing strategy for the company. She/He will drive ethical practices throughout the supply chain and foster a culture of social and environmental sustainability and continuous improvement.Develop and lead solutions (process, standards, and systems) as required to drive Responsible Sourcing Strategy, promote consistency and effectiveness of sustainability programs and develop and leverage internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $121,000.00 to $208,000.00. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program as well as participation in the share incentive plan. In addition,

- Assess industry standards for best-in-class Responsible Sourcing strategies and stay current on evolving ESG regulations and social responsibility trends
- Oversee development and execution of Sensitive Supply Chain Action Plans to mitigate risks such as deforestation, human rights violations and climate impact
- Identify emerging or escalating raw materials risks and work with internal and external stakeholders to design programs in line with our corporate values
- Provide strategic input to Procurement Category leads to embed sustainability within commodity strategies and supplier relationship management
- Develop systems to track material origins, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the supply chain
- Lead response to any identified violations of responsible sourcing policies or Supplier Code of Conduct, including appropriate remediation and reporting
- Lead Supplier Climate Engagement and develop strategies to reduce Scope 3 emissions in support of ELC Science Based Targets
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, NGOs, and industry groups, to ensure a cohesive and informed approach to responsible sourcing
- Coach and develop Responsible Sourcing team members.
- Represent the company in industry forums, conferences, and working groups related to responsible sourcing and climate action
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Master’s Degree preferred
- 10 years of relevant experience
