Salary: $105,000–$115,000 M/D, 401(k), 15 PTO days
A private investment firm in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a professional Office Manager to support its team and report to the Director of Operations. This role combines office management, administrative support, and some Personal Assistant tasks, requiring exceptional organization, attention to detail, and discretion.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests, manage calls, and coordinate conference rooms
- Maintain office cleanliness and oversee supplies/orders
- Prepare meeting spaces and handle AV setup
- Track expenses, manage receipts, and create reports
- Calendar management and scheduling for 1 Partner
- Manage documents, Excel schedules, and contacts
- Assist with personal shopping and business gifts as needed
Qualifications:
- 5 years in a high-pressure executive environment
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Experience in financial services preferred
- College degree required
