Executive Personal Assistant
Hours: 20 hours per week
Location: Downtown Aspen Office
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Executive Assistant to support the main Principle with administrative and personal tasks. This role requires expertise in QuickBooks (a requirement) for budget management, payroll, and staff coordination. In addition, scheduled meetings, travel arrangements, and doctor appointments. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment and a strong ability to communicate effectively. Experience in professional sports, real estate, or philanthropy is a plus but not a requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage budgets, payroll, and staff coordination using QuickBooks
- Schedule meetings, travel, and personal appointments, including doctor visits
- Ensure smooth operation of daily administrative tasks and provide support during principle's travels
- Maintain organization in a busy environment
