Position Overview:

An UHNW couple based in Manhattan is seeking a highly experienced, fashion-forward Personal Stylist and Assistant to manage all aspects of their personal wardrobe and fashion-related engagements. This role demands discretion, exceptional taste, strong industry connections, and the ability to anticipate and respond to the dynamic and fast-paced lifestyle of the Principals. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of luxury fashion, styling, and personal branding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wardrobe Management: Oversee and maintain the couple’s wardrobe inventory; coordinate seasonal rotations, styling, tailoring, and closet organization.
• Outfit Planning: Strategically plan and coordinate looks for public appearances including press events, philanthropic engagements, social functions, and international travel.
• Packing & Unpacking: Curate, pack, and unpack wardrobes for all travel engagements, ensuring that all garments and accessories are prepared, pressed, and delivered with care.
• Personal Shopping Facilitation: Introduce and liaise with top-tier personal shoppers and fashion advisors, ensuring the Principals have access to exclusive pieces and bespoke services.
• Fashion Industry Integration: Ensure the Principals receive invitations to high-profile fashion shows and previews, and have timely access to designers’ look books and seasonal collections.
• Trend Intelligence: Keep the Principals informed about emerging designers, style trends, and fashion innovations to maintain a modern and distinctive aesthetic.
• Brand Alignment & Social Media: Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure the Principals’ social media presence reflects curated fashion looks, including proper designer credits and brand positioning.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury fashion styling, celebrity/personal styling, or related fields.
• Strong network within the high-end fashion industry, including designers, PR agencies, and personal shoppers.
• Deep knowledge of current and emerging fashion trends, luxury retail, and designer collections.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally, sometimes on short notice.
• Highly professional demeanor with strict adherence to confidentiality and discretion.
• Proficiency in wardrobe management systems and general tech-savviness preferred.
