· Hamptons (Summer – September)
· Europe: 4-5 weeks annually

- Time Off: 2 weeks off in the Hamptons during rotational schedule
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced nanny to care for two children, ages 2 and 4, in a busy household. This is a rotational position with a 14-day on/off schedule, where the nanny will work 12-hour days. The ideal candidate will have experience in rotational nannying, a positive and adaptable attitude, and a strong ability to work collaboratively with other household staff and the family.
Key Responsibilities:
Childcare Duties:
- Care for two children (girls, ages 2 and 4), including morning routines (getting dressed for school, breakfast)
- Assist with meal preparation for breakfast (chef comes 3 times a week)
- Ensure children are ready for school and manage morning routines
- Support parents with occasional school drop-offs (requires a valid driver’s license), pick up children from school when required
Household Management:
- Work alongside the house manager and housekeeper to maintain the household
- Ensure the children's areas and belongings are kept organized
- Collaborate with current nanny on a rotational basis
Family Interaction:
- Communicate openly and regularly with parents
- Be adaptable to the family’s needs, particularly when parents are home and more involved
- Maintain the home's structure and organization, as preferred by the family
- Be comfortable with a structured and organized household, particularly with Mrs.'s expectations for household routines and organization
Schedule:
- 12-hour days, rotational (14 days on, 14 days off)
- School hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM / PreK 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM)
- Flexibility to travel with the family, particularly during the summer and Europe trips
Requirements:
Experience:
- Experience as a nanny, with a focus on rotational schedules
- Experience handling young children
- Ability to work collaboratively with other nannies and staff members
- Prior experience with high-profile or busy families is a plus
Skills & Qualities:
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus not required
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and positive in a busy, dynamic household
- Must be adaptable to various family dynamics and communication styles
- Open to feedback and maintaining strong communication with the family
Personal Traits:
- A “super star” nanny who is proactive, energetic, and dedicated
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A positive, flexible attitude, particularly with a strong-willed and detail-oriented mother
- Comfortable with a high level of involvement from parents when they are home
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year, based on experience
- Benefits: $500 stipend for benefits
