HR Manager Wanted: Join the Heart & Hustle Squad!
Location: Franklin, WI
Travel: Up to 10% (domestic)
Schedule: Full-time, with occasional superhero hours (evenings/weekends with notice)

We're searching for an HR Manager Extraordinaire — someone ready to roll up their sleeves, dive into the details, and lead with heart, humor, and hustle.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to guru for all things people: solving workplace riddles, leading performance pep talks, decoding FMLA mysteries, and helping us build a workplace so engaging, even Mondays feel good. You’ll be a trusted partner to our leadership team and a fierce advocate for the people who power our mission.
What You’ll Be Up To:
- Serve as one of the main points of contact for employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution
- Investigate and resolve workplace conflicts, complaints, and grievances; escalate to senior HR leadership as needed
- Ensure policies and procedures are compliant with local, state, and federal laws
- Create, develop, and maintain best practices and procedures for HR functions within the business unit
- Partner with leadership on performance management and strategic people planning
- Drive HR strategies aligned with overall business goals
- Lead initiatives that boost employee engagement, recognition, and retention
- Conduct stay interviews and exit interviews, and report key findings to leadership
- Support development, motivation, and retention of top talent
- Monitor HR systems and procedures for efficiency and alignment
- Champion a positive and productive workplace culture
- Report relevant HR metrics and provide insight to leadership
- Maintain working knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 1271/820, AATB standards, ISO Standards, cGMP/CGTP, and internal SOPs
- Coach and develop your direct report(s), delivering regular performance reviews and feedback
- Assist with recruiting and hiring
- Attend meetings, conferences, and support offsite initiatives as needed
- Be reliable, punctual, and dedicated to completing tasks within deadlines
- Be flexible to work outside of regular business hours when necessary
- Take on other duties as needed to support the team

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required (or equivalent experience)
- At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibilities
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Background check required
