Bachelor's degree and three years of experience in planning and administration of Human Resources programs with a minimum of one year of experience in designing, developing, or conducting training programs in a corporate environment.

Major Duties
Designs, implements, and evaluates executive and leadership development programs. Contributes to the design and improvement of the succession management program. Serves as the primary contact for resources, questions, and issues regarding leadership development programs to participants.
Supports the completion of key elements of the performance management process including goal setting, formal performance assessments, and ongoing performance discussions (i.e., coaching, feedback, and recognition). Gathers and shares data to support fair and equitable calibration of performance across groups and individuals.
Researches and administers key talent surveys and other feedback tools (i.e., 360 assessments) to measure the success of current initiatives in terms of talent development, application of learning, and other metrics as appropriate. (Includes researching best practices, making recommendations, and coaching participants in taking and analyzing results.) Prepares reports for review by senior leadership.
Provides general oversight of the Tuition Assistance Program to include application and reimbursement review and program effectiveness.
Develops innovative and engaging e-learning content in support of core learning programs using adult learning methodologies. Develops communications and other materials to support corporate learning initiatives.
Performs other duties as assigned.
