Job Description
As a Shift Manager, you will lead a team of passionate and knowledgeable Customer Experience Associates who strive to exceed customer expectations by focusing on extraordinary customer experiences. You are responsible for understanding sales goals, planning and executing daily/weekly workloads to deliver on store sales goals as well as customer engagement. We will maintain compliance, as applicable, in loss prevention, accounting, money transfers, internal controls, environmental. You will create schedules that aligns with customer and business needs and lead a culture of accountability through clear expectations and performance management on critical service and engagement behaviors. You will quickly respond to and deescalate negative customer experiences and ensure that your team understands and is empowered to make things right for the best customers in the world.

Job Qualifications
One year of retail experience in retail store operations within the last two years is required.

Major Duties
Assists in planning, managing and directing retail store operations.
Assists in establishing financial goals to maximize sales, profit, SSR, productivity, turns and inventory.
Evaluates and enhances customer service and customer satisfaction.
Supervises, trains, develops and schedules associates for current positions and future growth.
Maintains compliance, as applicable, in loss prevention, accounting, money transfers, internal controls, environmental issues and EPA/environmental agencies/organizations policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
Performs other duties as assigned.
