Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive group, corporate, and leisure business to the hotel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, businesses, and the local community to promote the property and secure new opportunities.
- Conduct site visits and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the hotel’s accommodations, amenities, and event spaces.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and increase visibility in key markets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges, adjusting sales strategies as needed.
- Prepare and manage contracts, proposals, and agreements while ensuring all sales activities are aligned with revenue goals.
- Provide exceptional client service to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Experience and Skills:
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a boutique or upscale hotel setting.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to connect with diverse clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with hospitality sales systems (e.g., Delphi, Opera) is a plus.
