Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to make an impact? We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to keep our office running smoothly and support our team’s success.
\n- Keep the office stocked, organized, and running efficiently.
- Track and respond to customer reviews to help us meet our goals.
- Manage fleet vehicle maintenance and scheduling.
- Support new hires with onboarding, welcome announcements, and supplies.
- Be the friendly first point of contact for incoming calls, new leads, and warranty claims.
- Assist with event prep, in-house meetings, and networking events.
- Provide administrative support for team members and visitors.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
- Previous office experience is a plus!
- Schedule: Full-time, in-office, Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Occasionally, evenings and weekends may be required.

Salary : $18 - $22
