Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise nursing staff, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate policies and procedures to optimize patient care and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with physicians, administrators, and other stakeholders to achieve departmental goals.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of Charge Nurse/management experience in an Operating Room, ASC, or hospital setting.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Florida required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Adult Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
