Summary
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer and Accountant. This position also provides assistance to human resources and billing staff.
Job functions:
- Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Chief Operating Officer
- Assists with contracting and credentialing
- Processes monthly statistical reports
- Assists with staff training and creating training manuals
- Assists Accountant and billing staff with various duties
- Assists Human Resource Coordinator and will cross train as backup
- Reviews and routes IT support requests
- Assists with software programs and updates
- Performs other tasks as assigned by C.O.O.
Qualifications
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with excellent skills in Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Ability to work on various projects in multiple administrative areas
- Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion
Required experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
- At least two years administrative assistant
- Medical office experience preferred
