Guest Services Representative

The Facebar Aesthetic Medicine, an upscale and fast-paced medical aesthetic and wellness practice in Pasadena, MD is seeking a dynamic, motivated and detail-oriented Guest Services Representative. This role represents the face and voice of the Practice due to its many interactions with established, new and prospective patients. This position calls for warmth, professionalism, friendliness, efficiency and a genuine smile when greeting, scheduling, informing and educating patients and those interested in becoming patients.

In addition, the Guest Services Representative will be conversant and knowledgeable regarding the Practice's aesthetic and wellness procedures and treatments. Training on services will be provided. The ideal candidate should exhibit a passion for aesthetics and overall wellness, a strong work ethic and is interested in a long-term position.

Duties:

• Greet patients and guests in person and on the telephone
• Provide detailed descriptions of treatments, packages, services and loyalty (reward) programs, point of sale
• Assist with appointment scheduling and rescheduling; confirming appointments by phone
• Educating patients and prospective patients with regard to cosmetic and wellness procedures and treatments
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock of reception area, front desk and public areas.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of at least (2) years of front desk/customer service experience .
• Minimum of (2) years Medical Office experience required.
• Preferred background in aesthetics will be given preference.
• Extensive customer experience required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
