The Fairway Insurance Group is hiring a receptionist/customers service person. We are an organization that prides itself on attention to detail and exemplary customer service.
Our organization is one that sets goals and then exceeds them. We are looking to hire some that is extremely focused on the client, has an eye for detail and is very organized. This position includes answering a multi line phone system, taking accurate messages, mortgagee changes, and daily service of the client. This position requires the completion of certificates, evidences of insurance and the uploading of documents..
We offer an hourly wage, paid time off, retirement plan, and health insurance.
Our job requires that you be computer literate. We prefer some one with AMS 360 experience but it is not required.
This job requires a 440 State of Florida customer service insurance license. If you do not have a license, then we will pay the cost of the licensing class and the licensing fee to the State of Florida.
Above all else our job requires a can do attitude and someone that not only understands but embraces the idea that we are our clients trusted insurance advisors and that we must strive each day to provide the client the highest level of customer service.
