Position Overview:
The Front Desk Manager is responsible for all front desk operations, including greeting members and guests, responding to all inquiries, managing and processing member information. The position requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage financial transactions accurately.
Membership Billing & Accounts Management Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process all monthly and annual dues payments.
- Ensure accurate and timely invoices be sent to members.
- Regularly audit member accounts, resolving discrepancies and ensuring compliance with club policies.
- Provide financial updates and reports to the General Manager bi-weekly.
- Maintain membership roster and relay it to club leadership.
Member Retention & Account Changes:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for members regarding billing inquiries, account adjustments, and category changes.
- Handle all membership category changes, resignations, leaves of absence, and upgrades, ensuring seamless processing in club management software.
- Proactively manage member retention efforts, assisting with renewals and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
- Ensure proper documentation and execution of all membership agreements and modifications.
Front Desk Operations & Communication:
- Work scheduled hours at the front desk, supporting member inquiries, guest check-ins, and general administrative duties.
- Oversee front desk operations to maintain professional service and efficient workflows.
- Respond promptly to member inquiries via front desk interactions, club phone line, and general club email.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong customer service skills and ability to engage professionally with club members.
- Proficiency in membership management software, accounting systems, and Google Drive Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
