Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records.
- Schedule appointments.
- Handle clerical duties and maintain office supplies.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the overall operations of the office.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized and welcoming at all times.
Requirements
- Experience in front desk work as a medical receptionist.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Must pass drug test and background check.
