The Vice President of Finance and Reporting is responsible for overseeing all financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting:Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and other regulatory requirements.
Budgeting and Forecasting:Lead the annual budgeting process and develop financial forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Financial Analysis:Provide in-depth financial analysis and insights to senior management, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
Internal Controls:Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.
Team Leadership:Manage and mentor the finance and reporting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Qualifications:

Experience:Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Skills:Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
Knowledge:In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in financial management.
