Ideal Candidate
- Tech-savvy
- Ability to provide great customer service in person, over the phone, and through emails
- Proactive, ability to work under pressure
- Diligent and reliable
- Keen attention to detail

- Excellent time management and organizational skills in order to prioritize various job demands
Responsibilities
- Sorting high volume of incoming mail, and packages received from different carriers
- Managing virtual mailbox requests (scans, shreds, check deposits, Post Office runs, forwarding, shipments)
- Answering customer questions, providing information about plans & pricing, taking and processing requests, and addressing complaints in a timely manner
- Preparing mail-related documents (USPS forms)
- Keeping up to date with mail regulations
- Attend weekly meetings/reviews
- Facilitating client tours as requested
- Track and keep mailroom supplies stocked
- Keeping an updated master log of virtual mailbox recipients and ensuring records are accurate
- Onboarding new software and clients
