Salary: £28k 

Location: Office-based role Macclesfield (SK11 6NG) Mon-Fri (9-5pm)

This role requires community outreach as well as some travel to the office in Crewe, therefore it is essential applicants have a driving license and access to their own vehicle. 

What will you be doing? 

• Be the face of Fedcap to employers, selling the benefits of working with us to fill their vacancies with job-ready candidates.
• Develop new business by picking up the phone, knocking on doors, sending bold emails – whatever it takes to get noticed and get results.
• Build relationships with employers and understand what makes them tick so you can match them with the right candidate.
• Help customers shine by prepping them for interviews and supporting them to build confidence.
• Deliver on performance targets – and enjoy celebrating every win, big or small!
• Work closely with job coaches to create a strong pipeline of candidates for live vacancies.
