Responsibilities
- Manage leads and work on a pipeline of mortgage applications.
- Coordinate with internal processing and underwriting professionals to expedite loan approvals and closings.
- Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Handle 50-100 calendar appointments per month.
- Establish and maintain new relationships with builders and realtors using our leads.
Requirements
- Proven sales success in the mortgage industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
