Recently awarded Aberdeen City & Shire Hospitality Employer of the Year, as well as 2 Michelin Keys, and rated number 1 by Conde Naste Readers Choice, The Fife Arms Hotel, located in the village of Braemar in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park, is recruiting a Housekeeping Supervisor to join the team!
You'll be supporting the Housekeeping Manager and Housekeepers in ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and presentation of our guest bedrooms and public areas, creating an exceptional experience which leaves a magical impression for our guests.
Your tasks will include :
- Liaising with the Front Office team to ensure that guest's personal requests are noted and prepared for.
- Ensuring that the standards of the rooms and public areas are maintained to a high level.
- Reporting and following up on maintenance issues.
- Ensuring all guest rooms are ready and checked for arrivals and any special requests are prepared.
- Checking the public areas on a regular basis to ensure that they are clean and well presented.
- Reporting any issues or damage to the Housekeeping Manager.
- Assisting team or help with other duties when required.
- Training, coaching and delegation of tasks to Housekeepers, Linen Porters, and laundry attendants.
- Continually striving towards achievement and improvement
