The role will provide support to the Reservations Manager and the Reservations Team to deliver the utmost quality of service exceeding the expectation of our guest experience in every aspect of their stay so that they leave us feeling enriched and engaged in our ethos as well as well as meeting our sales targets. You'll be surrounded by a team with a creative flair and a passion for brilliant service with a desire to learn and grow. All striving to go beyond for guests, our team, and the community.
As Reservations Supervisor, you will be responsible for :
- Ensuring that the Reception and Reservation teams work cohesively and support each other's specific functions.
- Working cohesively with the Ghillie team to maximise internal sales and enhance guest experience at every touchpoint within the hotel.
- Supporting with training and development of the Reservations Team.
- Understanding the Revenue and Yield Management system in order to work with our online booking engine provider and distribution channels.
- Introduction to the Sales function and sales efforts of the Fife Arms under the direction of Regional Sales Manager in order to enhance future career opportunities.
- Actively contributing to achieve the Room Revenue and Overall Revenue targets of the hotel and contribute with creative ideas and professional input to surpassing the targets set by the Hotel Budget and performance standard measurement tool.
