Our cabinetmakers play a vital role in collaborating with our design, engineering, and installation teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated cabinetmaker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cutting, assembling, and finishing cabinets, as well as cross training with the install team. This position offers a supportive environment and an excellent growth opportunity for both entry-level candidates with basic construction skills and those with more experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to plan and execute cabinetry projects.
- Cut, assemble, and finish cabinetry according to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to safety standards and company policies.
- Crosstrain with the installation team to install cabinets on-site, collecting feedback to improve the manufacturing process.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Experience in woodworking or cabinetry is preferred but not required (training will be provided).
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 80 lbs occasionally.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.
- Maintain professional grooming and appearance standards.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM to 4:45 PM. Flexible hours (e.g., 4x10 schedules) may be considered as needed.
