Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in the preparation of legal documents and correspondence related to personal injury cases.
• Manage and organize case files, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Conduct legal research and gather information relevant to specific cases.
• Communicate with clients, medical professionals, and other parties to collect information and documents.
• Prepare case summaries, briefs, and trial notebooks as required by attorneys.
• Assist in the discovery process, including gathering and reviewing evidence and documents.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, depositions, and court appearances.
