Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with all aspects of personal injury cases, including case intake and discovery.
- Draft legal documents such as complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries for review by attorneys.
- Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies to gather information and keep parties informed.
- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring compliance with legal and procedural requirements.
- Facilitate the preparation for depositions, court appearances, and trials.
- Stay abreast of developments and changes in personal injury law and regulations.
- Must be bilingual/fluent in Spanish.
- At least 3 years of experience as a paralegal specializing in personal injury law.
- Strong understanding of personal injury claims process and legal procedures.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to handle a heavy workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
