Locations: Employee will float between 6 branches located in the Lower Bucks County region:
Langhorne Borough, Levittown, Fairless Hills, Newtown Borough, Newtown Township, Richboro
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30a.m. - 5:15p.m.
Saturday 8:30a.m. - 12:30p.m. (may be required)
Expected Starting Salary: $36,920.00 per year, plus premium pay for any Saturdays worked
Summary:*
Provides exceptional customer service to new and existing customers with prompt, efficient, accurate service by promptly, efficiently and accurately conducting banking transactions and maintenance on bank products and services, while maintaining essential controls and safeguards.
Essential Functions:
- Provides service to customers in a timely and professional manner. Identifies opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services, maximizing customer satisfaction and contributing to the bank’s growth. Answers questions and takes ownership and accountability in problem solving. Maintains organized and confidential workstation. Maintains knowledge of changing rates and products. Follows up to to ensure customers are fully satisfied and understand products.
- Adheres to banking regulations and compliance standards, maintaining the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Processes transactions efficiently and accurately. Explains, promotes, and activates products and services. Demonstrates for customers all functions of online, mobile, and telephone banking features to ensure understanding.
- Balances teller drawer and vault daily and maintains cash limits set by the Board of Directors.
- Abides by all aspects of First National Bank’s policies and procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Completes other duties that may be assigned.
Please note: all branch employees have a responsibility to float to other branches in the region as requested. They may also be requested to float outside of their regions as staffing requires.
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, or a minimum of one year related work experience or training in a financial institution or equivalent combination of education and experience. Should be able to help in solving customer problems comfortably. Good interpersonal skills, a positive and professional business image, and the ability to interact with all levels of customers and employees.
