Accountabilities
What will you do:
Deposit Processing Reconciliation and Maintenance
Process deposit servicing Maintenance and Reconciliation, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
Deliver accurate, compliant, and customer-focused support while contributing to the bank's reputation for excellent service.
Accurate, efficient, and secure handling of incoming and outgoing mail for the Bank.
High School degree required. Two or more years of relevant work experience; preferably in bank operations or a combination of education/experience that would enable incumbent to meet accountabilities and required competencies of the position.

Accountabilities
What will you do:
Deposit Processing Reconciliation and Maintenance
Process deposit servicing Maintenance and Reconciliation, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
- Process CIP and COBO check-off in an efficient and accurate manner; Identify, address, and/or escalate issues appropriately.
- Process new account openings, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
- IRA Savings & IRA CD Administrative Support.
- Assist with IRA/EOY Reporting.
- Complete all required check off process in an efficient and accurate manner; Identify, address, and/or escalate issues appropriately.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Deliver accurate, compliant, and customer-focused support while contributing to the bank's reputation for excellent service.
- Responsible for effective and efficient processing of new DDA, savings, COD, and IRA accounts and necessary support.
- Verify critical fields and confirm receipt of signature cards and related account documents.
- Review system reports, solve problems, and correct all errors.
- Update accounts as needed relative to DDA, Savings, COD, and IRA exceptions and interest accrual exceptions.
- Input account changes on Navigator using completed maintenance request forms, including waivers, product switches, addenda records, internal transfers, sweeps, etc.
Accurate, efficient, and secure handling of incoming and outgoing mail for the Bank.
- Assist bank teammates with mail questions and processes.
- Scan documents as necessary.
- Process daily return mail; route to the appropriate individual, department, or workflow process.
- Log, research and resolve each return mail piece utilizing the web, account officers, and customer contact.
- Maintain, monitor, and charge return mail fees through a recurring service charge, update associated account fields for manually controlled accounts and Reg D compliance.
High School degree required. Two or more years of relevant work experience; preferably in bank operations or a combination of education/experience that would enable incumbent to meet accountabilities and required competencies of the position.
