POSITION SUMMARY
This position serves primarily internal customers; however, responsibilities also include serving external customers whenever the opportunity presents itself.
This position does not involve direct day to day supervision of employees.
Confidentiality of customer information cannot be overstated. It is expected that all customer information be kept in the strictest confidence. We must do whatever it takes to ensure that our relationships with the public are not jeopardized.
This position is responsible for ensuring that all eligible items received from bank departments are accurately scanned, indexed, imported, and entered into our bank’s systems, Director Unity and Navigator Premier. Accuracy is crucial to ensure that customer-facing staff can efficiently assist customers.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enter data received for new and existing accounts for both consumer and business customers involving status changes, account codes, rate changes, customer information changes and miscellaneous changes on our systems
- Maintain our Central Information Systems (CIS) daily and complete special projects upon request for system clean-up
- Scan, index and import all items to be archived for immediate retrieval daily
- Review all Import folders daily and index documents to Director Unity
- Complete daily checklist duties
- Complete end of day WebCapture-SCO Processing
- Input and approve incoming and outgoing wires on Fed Advantage
- Enter the source data entry block when necessary
- Keep the Source Data Entry procedure manual up-to-date and update others when procedure changes occur
- Ensure backups for the position are properly and thoroughly trained
- Perform back-up duties pertaining to the Item Processor and Computer Operator roles
- Attend required staff meetings
- Follow security procedures
