      Essential Functions

• Request and track orders of appraisals, title work, flood, and other reports on real estate loans.
• Review loan documentation requests for accuracy and completion.
• Prepare loan documents based on officer’s request and verify they are in accordance to loan policy.
• Balance and prepare settlement statements with title companies for real estate transactions.
• Ensure loan documents are prepared and ready on schedule.
• Communicate loan document information with lenders, loan assistants, and credit administration.
• Assist in reviewing loan files to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to policy with appropriate approvals in place.
• Assist in reviewing supporting documents such as title work to ensure any exceptions are cleared prior to loan closing.
• Ensure each loan has the required loan documents and supporting documents based on loan type to reduce the possibility of loss.
• Prepare loan documentation including new loan documents, denials, extensions, and deferrals.
• Schedule loan closings and ensure they are within reasonable expectations that deadlines can be achieved without unnecessary delays.
• Order post-closing documents in a manner that ensures asset quality is protected.
