What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head Food Server/Manager position at The Flanders Hotel?
We are looking for an experienced head food server/manager to join our team. The manager’s responsibilities will include ensuring that all meals are properly presented and served to guests in a timely fashion. As a head server/manager you should also be able to expedite service during busy periods by assisting in serving customers and processing payments.
The food server manager, should be detailed oriented and knowledgeable about food health and safety regulations. Ultimately, an exceptional head server/manager should be able to multitask as well as demonstrate excellent leadership, problem-solving and customer service skills.
Head Server/Manager Responsibilities:
o Recruiting, training, and managing food server employees.
o Scheduling employee work hours to ensure that all shifts are adequately covered.
o Ensuring that customers are served quality food in a timely manner
o Regularly inspecting all work areas to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
o Taking inventory of supplies and ordering necessary supplies as needed
o Accurately collecting all cash and charge slips

Pay: $730.00 - $1,100.00 per week
