- Minimum of 10 years of experience.
- Ability to handle a busy caseload from inception to settlement or verdict.
- Engage in all aspects of litigation, including pleading preparation, discovery, motion practice, and trials.

Compensation:
- Salary Range: $150,000 - $175,000 depending on experience.
- Signing Bonus: $5,000 after 90 days
- Additional Compensation: You will be eligible for performance-based bonuses and salary raises with no ceiling, with no billable hours required. Additionally, you will receive one-third of the total fee collected on any cases you refer directly to the firm in the future.
