Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Director of AV and Game Presentation Department as well as participants, the Florida Panthers are looking for eager people to join the Game Night Panthers! We are looking for hard working, customer service-oriented individuals with a pride and passion for Sports Entertainment. Employees will be responsible for a wide range of duties assigned on a week by week basis from events/game operations. The staff will be exposed to a variety of aspects related to Sport Management and will provide those looking to enter a career in sports or event management valuable experience for career growth.
Job Functions:
Specific duties include but are not limited to:
- Running multiple control room positions at Florida Panthers Home Games and other special events.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, live entertainment environment.
- Communicating via headset with the game night staff.
Qualifications:
- Must be available for most Florida Panthers Home Games. Including weekends & holidays.
- Should have excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- Must have Control Room Experience.
- Must be capable of setting up and breaking down any audio, visual, or lighting equipment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic a must. Must have a “team-first” mentality with and eagerness to learn
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a non-exempt position. Must be able to work flexible hours
