Are you an energetic and self-motivated floral designer? Do you want to be part of a growing company? We are a local flower shop that specializes in high-volume everyday floral design as well as custom designed wedding and events. As our business is growing and changing, we are looking for the perfect, talented, amazing individual who is excited to grow with us!
Things we are looking for in our new team member: you must be able to manage all aspects of a full-service flower shop, have the ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently and efficiently. We are a fast-paced flower shop and are ideally looking for you to have 3 years in a floral design studio.
Responsibilities
- Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions, ensuring high-quality aesthetics and customer satisfaction.
- Manage retail operations, including cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory stocking.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with selections and offering advice.
- Maintain the organization of the store and merchandising displays to enhance the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and promote e-commerce initiatives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
