Job Summary
We are seeking a Full-Time Bar Manager to help conduct and grow our beer bar and store. The ideal candidate will possess a background in the food industry, beer handling, keg management, stocking, and customer service. The Bar Manager will direct the other bar hands, oversee day-to-day operations, and work to maximize the efficiency of our extensive stock.
Duties
- Manage daily bar operations, including stocking, cleaning, and organization.
- Supervise and train bar staff, ensuring equal and optimal standards.
- Provide positive customer service by engaging with guests and working to promote sales.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations within the bar and store.
- Utilize Uniberse POS system for processing orders, pricing, stock, and sales.
Requirements
- Beer and Wine knowledge, including service, food-safety, and branding.
- Organizational skills for large stocking demands
- Positive customer service attitude.
- Familiarity digital sales POS use.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to maintain a clean and professional work environment.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
