We are on the lookout for a dynamic Inventory Associate to join our team and be a key player in our continued growth and success.Your RoleYou will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently. This includes supervising and training a team of warehouse workers and coordinating with other departments to ensure that all orders are fulfilled on time.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership : Responsible for leading the team and communicating with the leadership team.Inbound : Responsible for all inbound product tracking, import clearance approvals, and documentation filings, Entry Summaries, HBLs, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists.System Management : Serves as a back-up resource for the Inbound Shipment process in B.Y to ensure all in-transit inventory is recorded, tracked, and received efficiently and file carrier damage claims and monitor until resolution.Receiving : Properly accounting for the location of incoming goods, physical receipt and put away, assures no damaged items are received and keeps a running log of receiving discrepancies.System Transactions : Evaluates transactions to resolve count discrepancies.Manage Orders : Compare packing lists to company purchase orders and ensure that the products match.Troubleshoot : Plays a significant role in error detection and process improvement pertaining to item receipts and physical organization.Process Improvement : Communicates with product development and supply chain on ways our vendors can improve shipping and packaging.Teamwork : Coordinates with supply chain to ensure inbound orders are received properly upon physical receipt.Audits : Conducts daily dock audits for dock to stock.QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS : Minimum of 3 years’ experience in inbound logistics in a fast-paced warehouse environment with experience in item receipts and inventory.Excellent attendance history.Requires mathematical skills to perform basic functions and calculations.Very organized, accurate, detail-oriented, and professional.Team player with a positive attitude.Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus.Why Join Us?Be Essential : Play a key role in our distribution center operations and make a tangible impact on our logistics success.Grow Your Career : Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth within a leading organization.Competitive Package : Enjoy a competitive hourly rate and a comprehensive benefits package.Benefits Include : MedicalVisionHealth Savings Account (HSA)401(k) matchingEmployment Assistance ProgramPaid Time OffEEO STATEMENT : The Foodware Group is an equal employment opportunity employer.
