Lower School Associate Teacher
Starting School Year 2025-2026
The Lower School Associate should be an energetic and flexible person who enjoys children, works well in collaboration with others, takes initiative, and is considering a career in teaching.

Job Responsibilities :
- Co-plan and present lessons.
- Lead small literacy and math groups.
- Prepare and gather materials for lessons and projects.
- Correct student work.
- Assist with writing and proofing student reports.
- Supervise recess and drop off / pick up.
- Supervise children in the After School Program (ASP).
Qualifications :
Associate teachers may be asked to assume classroom responsibility in case of illness or the absence of the Head Teacher.

This is a full-time, 10-month, salaried exempt position. The school year hours are Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. - 4 : 00 p.m., with summers and school holidays off.
